    The main objective of the project is to solve the main constraints of the CBC Silistra - Navodari by creating a new flexible transport system for better connections to the TEN-T transport network. Some of the activities envisage: building a network of bicycle paths; build a solar parking lot for electric cars; developing a joint strategy for environmentally friendly transport in the border area Navodari – Silistra etc.
