Overall Project Description show_help

The city of Utrecht wants to encourage the use of sustainable transport and reduce the environmental impact of travel that way improving the quality of public space. One way to achieve this is to reduce the private car ownership and the number of trips. This can be done by promoting car sharing. In Utrecht, this is done by trying to make people more aware of care sharing.

Perform a context oriented analysis in the earliest stage of the process to indentify focused areas and target groups to address an effective campaign.

Actively involve citizens in the campaign and promote a bottom-up communication process. Car sharing users are relevant actors in promoting Car Sharing in their neighbourhoud and community.

Additionally, the city needs to cooperate with all compagnies to ensure that the marked competition is not negated.

B: The number of people that know car sharing grew from 30% to 33% for people who knew the campaign. The aim was to increase the number of people that know car sharing by 20%. / Het aantal mensen dat autodelen kent groeide van 30% naar 33% voor mensen die de campagne kenden. "E: The number of members grew by 298 (10%). From these, 39 applied for their membership through the campaign website.
