Overall Project Description show_help

Prior to the work on the A2 between 's-Hertogenbosch and Eindhoven Rijkswaterstaat has indicated that this work will cause a lot of trouble temporarily to traffic. In particular in the rush hour time periods an increase in the traffic congestion would be created. In order to maintain access to the region during the work, it was desirable to reduce the number of cars in rush hour. Therefore, from the Better Benutten program Brabant, it was suggested to use the instrument Spitsmijden in addition to the regular less-hindrance approach (communication and ReisWijzer)

E0: Drive outside peak or travel by an alternative mode of transport. / Buiten de spits rijden of met een alternatieve vervoerswijze reizen.

E: 258 people have started the game. This was later increased to 418. / 258 mensen zijn gestart met het spel. Dit is later gestegen tot 418.

F: Due to problems with the measurement, it was not possible to determine how often the participants have avoided the peak hours / Door problemen met het meten was het niet mogelijk om vast te stellen hoevaak de deelnemers de spits hebben gemeden.

G: The hindrance of the roadworks was less then expected. The time window for the peak hours did not fit on the level of hindrance. Winning the file project gets a 7.6 from participants. Among people who did have signed in but have not participated a survey was held. It showed that the game was not clear to them. / De wegwerkzaamheden vielen mee en de ingestelde spitsvensters pasten onvoldoende bij de overlast. Het project Winnen van de file krijgt een 7,6 van de deelnemers. Onder de mensen die zich wel hadden aangemeld, maar niet hebben meegedaan is een enquete gehouden. Daaruit bleek dat het spel voor hen onduidelijk was.
